Referral Program Terms and Conditions

• 1.1. The Referrer
  

• To be eligible for the Referral Program, the user must create or already have an account on Firsty.

• 1.2. The Referred Friend

• To be eligible for this promotion, the user must be new (after October 18th) to Firsty and must create an account on Firsty and apply it at checkout on their first purchase.

• 2.1. The Firsty user must obtain their unique referral code by clicking on the referral banner inside the app.
• 2.2 The Firsty user (“The Referrer”) must share their unique referral code with the friend (“The Referred Friend”).
• 2.3. The Referred Friend must use the referral code when they complete their first purchase.
• 2.4. After the Referred Friend successfully completes their first purchase, the Referrer will receive a reward, which will be visible in the profile section.

• 3.1. The Referred Friend must enter the referral code at checkout.
• 3.2. The discount will be applied to any purchase of at least €4. Valid for first purchase only.
• 3.3. The referral discount cannot be combined or used alongside any other promotions.
• 3.4. Entries can be disqualified at the discretion of the Company if they have already redeemed the referral code and benefited from this promotion.

• 4.1. The Referrer will receive the reward credit for every friend that has been referred successfully.
• 4.2. The reward will be reflected in the profile reward section.
• 4.3. The credit cannot be combined with a discount or used alongside any other promotion.
• 4.4. The reward credit shall be non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-encashable.
• 4.5. Can only be used in the firsty app
• 4.6. Validity/Duration: Indefinite.

• 5.1. Firsty reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of this promotion for any of the following reasons:
• Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity.
• Promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers.
• Discount used in bad faith (including resold eSIMs or use of discount by customers purchasing products for the purpose of re-selling).
