Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketer with proven expertise in PPC strategies across both app and web platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with tracking and analysis using tools like Appsflyer. This role is key to driving user acquisition, optimizing performance, and scaling our PPC efforts across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to build and expand our growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and execute PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Facebook, focusing on app user acquisition.
Scale user acquisition through paid search, social media, and affiliate marketing, optimizing for high-impact results.
Design marketing strategies to boost app installs and enhance customer lifetime value (CLTV).
Track performance and ensure accurate attribution across platforms using tools like Appsflyer, providing detailed campaign insights.
Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR and CVR.
Work closely with design and product teams to maintain consistency in messaging across ads and landing pages, optimizing the user experience
Monitor PPC channels to identify trends, implement best practices, and stay informed of platform updates
Manage budgets, ensuring campaigns deliver a high return on investment (ROI) and meet KPIs
Provide comprehensive reports on campaign performance with actionable insights for continuous optimization.
Requirements :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, focusing on PPC for apps
Experience with Appsflyer or similar attribution tools
Proficiency in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Skilled in optimizing campaigns for app installs, in-app conversions, and user engagement
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing business needs
Excellent communication and project management skills
