Firsty strictly advices against deleting your eSIM on your device. Due to security reasons, Firsty is limited to one device per user. Having said that, if you have accidentally deleted your Firsty eSIM, don’t worry— we can help you restore it quickly and easily.
Steps to Restore Your Firsty eSIM:
Locate the Restore Option:
Open the Firsty app and navigate to the Help screen.
Look for a button or link that allows you to purchase a new eSIM for a small fee of €0.99.
Update the App if Needed:
If you don’t see this button or link on the Help screen, please update your app to the latest version. The new feature enabling you to buy a replacement eSIM should then appear.
Complete the Transaction:
Follow the prompts to complete the payment process. Once the transaction is successful, a new eSIM will be automatically assigned to your account.
Use your New eSIM:
Restart the Firsty app.
Follow the on-screen instructions to activate/replace your new eSIM &
you will be connected with your new Firsty eSIM.
Important Reminder
As stated in our terms and conditions, it is crucial to keep your eSIM profile active on your device. Deleting your eSIM can disrupt your connectivity and require a reactivation process.
If you do not want to use your Firsty eSIM temporarily, you can disable it in the settings instead of deleting it. So you can enable it whenever you require it in the future and use the same eSIM for all your travels.
