Step 1: Get the App & eSIM
Sign Up or Log In:
Download the Firsty app from your device’s App Store or Play Store.
Sign up to create a new account or log in if you already have one.
Select Your Plan:
Select the eSIM plan that best suits your needs.
Choose the country or countries where you wish to use the Firsty eSIM to stay connected to the internet.
Complete the plan selection process & make the purchase if you have selected one of our paid plans.

Install the eSIM:
After plan selection & purchase, the app will guide you through installing the eSIM.

Manual Network Selection (if needed only):(Wait for a few minutes before trying this step.)
If you are connecting for the first time. It might take some time for the eSIM to connect to the network & a simple restart may solve the issue. If you still seeing connectivity issue then follow these manual network selection steps
If you experience connectivity issues, go to your network settings and manually select a network provider.
Disable “Automatic Network Selection” and choose a provider from the list, testing each for optimal performance.
Wait approximately 60 seconds before switching to another provider if necessary.
