Role Overview
We're looking for a Founder's Associate to work directly with our founders, serving as a right-hand to help manage critical projects and drive business growth. This high-impact role involves working across functions like operations, strategy, finance, and product development to execute initiatives that shape our business. As a Founder's Associate, you’ll gain a unique opportunity to see how startups operate and grow from the inside while tackling diverse challenges and responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, has a proactive attitude, and is passionate about making an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute strategic projects that align with the founder’s vision and company goals.
Conduct research and data analysis to support business strategy and inform decision-making.
⁠Handle day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and progress across teams.
⁠Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and tracking KPIs to measure company growth.
⁠Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for board meetings and investor pitches.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams on cross-functional projects.
⁠Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Maintain clear and consistent communication between all Firsty disciplines

Requirements :

2+ years of experience in a similar role, management consulting, or a startup environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex ideas.
Highly organized with a knack for managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
A self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and take ownership of impactful projects.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup culture.
