To ensure seamless connectivity, follow these steps to set up your eSIM correctly:
Set Your Primary Line for Default Line
When prompted, choose "Primary" as your default line.
This ensures you continue receiving calls and texts on your main number.
Set iMessage & FaceTime to Your Primary Line
Repeat the process for iMessage and FaceTime – select “Primary” to keep using your existing number.
Set Firsty eSIM for Mobile Data
When asked about Mobile Data, select your Firsty eSIM.
Your Firsty eSIM may appear as “Travel,” “Business,” “Secondary,” or “Mobile Data.”
Turn OFF Mobile Data Switching
To avoid unexpected roaming charges, disable “Mobile Data Switching” in your settings.
This ensures that your Firsty eSIM is used exclusively for data and not your primary SIM.
