Can I Transfer My Firsty eSIM to a New Device?
If you're switching to a new phone and wondering whether you can transfer your Firsty eSIM, here’s everything you need to know.
Can I Transfer My Firsty eSIM Between Devices?
🚫 Unfortunately, Firsty does not support eSIM transfers between devices. 🚫
Unlike physical SIM cards, which can be removed and inserted into a new phone, eSIMs are tied to the specific device in which they were first activated. This means that if you get a new phone, your existing Firsty eSIM cannot be moved or transferred.
What Should I Do If I Get a New Phone?
Since eSIM transfers are not possible, you will need to set up a new eSIM on your new device. Follow these steps:
Delete Your Firsty eSIM From Your Old Device
On iPhone:
Go to Settings > Cellular > Select your Firsty eSIM.
Tap Remove eSIM.
On Android:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIM Manager.
Select your Firsty eSIM and tap Remove.
💡 Once deleted, your eSIM cannot be recovered. You will need to activate a new one on your new device.
Set Up a New eSIM on Your New Device
Since transfers aren’t supported, you will need to install a new Firsty eSIM on your new phone.

2⃣ Log in to your Firsty account.
3⃣ Select Activate eSIM and choose a plan (Firsty Free, Comfort+, or First Class).
